Let’s talk airline travel: What pisses you off?

Sounds like pilot error .. good news for Boeing

Interesting. One of the commentors had a good point why aren't there cameras in the cockpit? My dad worked for Union Pacific for 40 years and at the end you couldn't pick your nose without someone knowing about it.

It drives me crazy thinking I might have to be on the same aircraft as a TN fan. That would even make it possible that I would be seated next to one too. Spending a whole flight listening to some guy talk about why "this is the year TN will win it all", smelling the meth he just smoked in the bathroom before boarding, and the possibility that the oozing rash just above his knee is contagious and uncurable is all just too much for me. That is why I prefer to drive if my trip is under 24 hours. I know I'll have to share the road with the few that could afford a car and that learned to drive, but that is no big deal since as a Georgia fan I am the most dangerous thing on the road.

We Nebraskans drive everywhere anyway, bub.

You Atlanta drivers are fucking insane!

You Atlanta drivers are fucking insane!
This is true.

Several years ago, we drove to Florida for a little vacation, went to Daytona and drove through Atlanta at about 9:00 pm. HO LI FUK...just getting passed on the interstate going 80 like I'm standing still.

Also, before we got to Atlanta, don't recall the interstate, think it was 24 from Nashville to Chattanooga...holy white knuckle, people were hauling ass going down some steep grades.

I don't even notice honestly when driving through. Usually more worried if traffic isn't moving. Only place I know that has traffic jams before 4 in the morning or just all the time random ones. Visiting my mom I have to drive through that hell hole. 4.5 hour trip can quickly become 7+ hours. I worked as an aide for a Rep at Georgia Statehouse a long time ago, and had to be on the road by 6 to get to work by 8 am and from only 10 miles North.

Flew to denver this week. 6am flight and a morbidly obese woman, here 2 or 3 year old, and goofy, terrible looking, beat down husband sitting directly in front of me. They say fat girls are nice - wrong. WRONG. She was yelling at her husband and kid the whole time, all while taking down an 8-pack of cinnabon all before 6am. To top it off, she had that fat person OB that was just awful.
