Huge fan of Gary Sharp and always have been.

Gary and Matt is effectively awful. There’s 15 minutes of every segment where Matt goes off and talks about literally nothing.

I constantly have to ask “What the fuck am I listening to?”

As I’m typing this up they’re talking about how to eat peanuts and have been for the last 15 minutes.

Agreed. Can't stand Matt either. Actually liked Gary and Nick and really wish they could go back to DB & Gary, but yeah, Matt is horrible.

I quit listening when Matt came on, but it sounds like Gary handpicked the kid and thinks he is a superstar. It's bad though. Maybe he grows into it, but the few episodes I listed to I had to turn it off because he constantly interrupts and its a bad listen.

1620 was good when Kugler and Severe were on in the afternoon...the morning show has sucked for a long time. I did like Gary and DB until DB goes on his rants, and there's just something weird about Gary. It's like Gary gets on a "catch phrase" when the show begins and that's the "phrase/word" of the day. He's also kinda low key perverted, that's pretty funny at time. He's a very oddly shaped human, not that I'm perfect. He's got a great radio voice...Matt...nah, he sounds like Chicago and we're not in Chicago.

John "floggin' da" Bishop and Josh Pisserton blow goats. John sounds like he's always in pain or someone is stepping on his nuts and Josh's voice is terrible for radio.

I was on a road trip over the weekend and downloaded a bunch of NE podcasts to get caught up on things.

My one comment: has there ever been a more aptly named person than Evan Bland? It's like if Jim Rome was named Jim DooshBag.

If we are honest, there is a reason why all these people are in the Nebraska marketplace and not say Chicago, New York, LA…Hell even KC.

You are good at what you do, you move on to bigger markets. Period.

Schick and Nick was unmatched. Their boss basically did them a favor by cancelling the show, because it made them make the moves to what they are today, but man would I had loved for that show to just keep going.
