Wondering if his plantaris popped. It feels like your Achilles tendon tearing in the moment but isn’t needed and heel’s quickly. I had it happen and honestly had better mobility after than before.

I'm guessing it's that or an Achilles sprain or partial tear, one that won't require surgery. Would most likely still be out for the season, but good outlook for the rest of his playing career in general.
