That would be the one...Quivira had 5 "comfort stations" as they called them along the course and at worst it was just a small patio with beers, drinks, and snacks to a full blown bar with tacos, bbq, cigars, and 30 different bottles of tequila (whatever drinks/food you wanted is included in the green fees). There were two that I recall were kind of built into the rocks with the patio overlooking the Pacific and rather than focus on pace of play, they encouraged you to take 5-15 minutes at each stop to eat, drink, and be merry.
I don't think they are the only course that does that as some of the other courses I looked into playing boasted the same kind of setup, maybe it's the Mexican way of golf...for a hack like me it was enjoyable AF to not have to keep a cooler in the cart and have a bar crawl combined with a round of golf. Will do again.
