Agree with that. I just don't feel like LIV golf is a good way of distinguishing the best players in the world. Too many over-the-hill players and others who have lost their motivation because they no longer have to rely on "eating what they kill."
Oh I 100% agree with that, and right now Phil makes all kinds of outlandish comments but I know he is just trying to drive traffic to a floundering group. It crazy to see that talent continues to join LIV. In my eyes LIV could be a sweet tour for the absolute new guys and the dudes who are the tweeners that aren't quite Senior tour players, but not good on the PGA anymore. I think if they merged that could be a cool setup.

You might be onto something. Kind of a tweener exhibition tour for the guys biding their time to join PGA Tour Champions or aren't quite PGA tour ready yet. I'd be more interested in that.

Agreed. I think Rahm will be interesting to watch at the US Open. He's starting to play better and I could see him winning a major soon. Similar to Koepka, went through a wandering in a desert period and is looking good again. Granted, Koepka is back in the desert lol.

Is this the one that has the "hydration stations" or whatever that are built into the rocks? I think I saw this course while I was fishing out of Cabo.
That would be the one...Quivira had 5 "comfort stations" as they called them along the course and at worst it was just a small patio with beers, drinks, and snacks to a full blown bar with tacos, bbq, cigars, and 30 different bottles of tequila (whatever drinks/food you wanted is included in the green fees). There were two that I recall were kind of built into the rocks with the patio overlooking the Pacific and rather than focus on pace of play, they encouraged you to take 5-15 minutes at each stop to eat, drink, and be merry.

I don't think they are the only course that does that as some of the other courses I looked into playing boasted the same kind of setup, maybe it's the Mexican way of golf...for a hack like me it was enjoyable AF to not have to keep a cooler in the cart and have a bar crawl combined with a round of golf. Will do again.
