Im not sure i agree. I'm a big T White fan and going from him to a guy with minimal DC experience doesn't come across as an upgrade to me. Similar story at DL.
They both have potential to be, but I wouldn't put them in the likely category just yet.

You have to factor Phil Snow into this too. Snow+Butler is equal to T White IMO

I liked Ekeler when he coached here, his intensity. He worked hard.

I'm still pissed at White for the Illinois, Indiana, UCLA and USC games. An elite DC shouldn't lay an egg in 4 different games in one season.

i liked White, thought he did a great job here for the most part
but i don't care that he left and i wouldn't be surprised if he takes a series of demotions over the next few years
