Demi for the Twin Cities. Might be my favorite meal I've had anywhere and I love tasting menus. Quang is probably my favorite Asian place up here - one of the best cities in the US for Asian but you sacrifice good Mexican.

Haven't lived in the 402 for about ten years but the only restaurant i truly miss is Lisa's Radial Cafe

Quangs rules. I try to go there every time I'm in MSP.

Omaha - Memoir (newer restaurant downtown)

I've had the Yellowfish sushimi; Flat Iron Steak; Chicken; Burger and a few other things. Nothing I have ever had there disappointed. Every dish I've had there is better than the same/similar dish anywhere else I've had it. Fantastic!

Hey Yo
Had it for the first time a few weeks ago and it was literally the worst pizza I’ve ever had.
a few years ago I was tasked with teaching some new hires how to use Microsoft teams. This is right after these new hires did their introductions and one of them said her family owned la casa. The actual trainer forced me to show my chat section of teams on screen instead of just walking them through it. This led to me showing all these new hires that I was having a conversation with someone about how much we hated La casa.

The great 308
Western Nebraska here, so generally have to choose between Subway and Arby's. However, down the road from us a lil ways is a BBQ joint named Happy Jack's in Holyoke, CO. Now, I've lived near Memphis for awhile, travel through KC frequently to get to family in Georgia, have traveled extensively in Texas, all while trying to find consistently good brisket and ribs. Admittedly, I've never stood in line for 2 hrs at a place like Franklins. I've ate at several BBQ joints in South and North Carolina. I've never found a spot that hits as good as Happy Jack's. Some fat jolly dude from Texas started it, so it's Texas style. The meat is always moist and tender, the sides are bomb, and the peach cobbler tops it off. Just always excellent barbecue, usually less than $25 a plate. Holyoke is a shithole town that doesn't deserve a restaurant like that, but I think he's won some decent pitmaster and best of Colorado awards. Only problem is Happy Jack had a little bit of a aTm flair, but a person can overlook that I suppose. I think he sold it to some family members a while ago, but I've never had a disappointing meal there. Might be worth traveling to off of I76 sometime if your bored.

Haven't even heard of any of those places. That's why @God is a Husker is so jealous of us Omahan's disguised as hatred. One person hasn't even heard of other people's favorites.

Bed-Stuy Brooklyn here.

Peaches - great soul/comfort food. Their chicken sandwich is great, and the Brownstone Punch will fuck you up
Trad Room - great Asian/sushi spot. Their Dandan noodles are the best ramen I've had outside of Japan
David's Brisket - Jewish kosher deli that's been around for 50 years. As good as Katz's without the insane line. Oddly enough, it was purchased by a Muslim family in the 80s and they kept it fully kosher.
Ursula - best breakfast burritos
Greenbergs - best breakfast sandos

Outside of Bed-Stuy

Golden Diner - pancakes are a must, and I don't even like pancakes
Llama Inn - Peruvian brunch spot. Delicious, but don't go there if you aren't an adventurous eater
S&P Lunch - my favorite old-school Jewish lunch counter right by my work
Daily Provision - best maple donut I've ever had. Literally melts in your mouth.

If you like food, NYC is a great place to be. The only thing I can't get here is decent Tex-Mex.

Best BBQ - Wayne’s Smoke Shack in Superior
Best Burger - Atomic Cowboy
Best Steak - Shanahan’s; Guard & Grace and Urban Farmer also good
Down your way Gallo’s is good Italian food and Yolanda’s is great cheap Mexican fare.

I’m a foodie so could go on and on really.
Haven’t lived in Denver for a hot minute, but this was one of my favorite spots.

Minneapolis has so much damn good food.

Cardamom in the Art Center is so good. Different and awesome. Ricotta pancakes at brunch were incredible there.
