Had one of the best units in the country. Couldn’t retain the coach. Decided it was fine to run the room by a committee of underlings. 1/3 of the committee decides he’d rather be at an elementary school.
Doesn’t seem like a well executed plan, but maybe we have come up with an entirely new model that will revolutionize the sport.
