Well now I think the guy from that first charge is a little bit of a pussy.
Victim #1 got knocked out by male Co-Defendant and is unconscious on the ground outside. Victim #2 and eye witness get Male defendant's drunk ass back inside the house to deescalate.
While Victim #1 was unconscious on the ground outside the female defendant jumped on top of Victim #1 and started punching him and kicking him in the face and head.
Victim #2 comes back outside and runs over to pull Female Defendant off of Victim #1.
Female defendant then grabbed a box cutter off the porch (they were in the middle of finishing building a new porch) and swung the box cutter the face of Victim #2 and sliced off the front 25% of Victim #2's nose. (Had it been a regular knife it would have been way worse)
Background: Victim #1 is in his 60s and owns a construction company that flips houses on Lake of the Ozarks. He and his crew live in campers or in the house itself while working on the house then move to another site while they sell that one.
Male Defendant worked for Victim #1 and so did Victim #2. Female defendant was live in GF of male Defendant.
Friday night/early Saturday morning party after the work week and everybody is drunk and exchanging words etc. Victim #1 tells male Defendant this is male defendant's last job on this crew, the next house Victim #1 won't need a crew as large.
Male defendant freaked out and punched Victim #1 in the face so hard he fell back over the porch on to the ground. (18-24 inch drop on to grass, so not the reason for the injuries)
Victim #2 and another eye witness manage to get Male Defendant's drunk ass inside the house and away from Victim #1.
Female Defendant was drunk and when everybody was inside she jumps down and starts assaulting the unconscious Victim #1.
When Victim #2 runs out to pull her off she slices off his nose.
Male Defendant has a prior Felony Assault (he got in a coworker fight in the North Dakota oil fields and rammed his pickup into somebody's trailer house then fired 9 rounds from his .40 S&W into the trailer.
Female Defendant multiple prior Felony convictions for Meth and property damage from the State of Florida.
An unholy alliance of Florida meth trash and an oil field psycho drunk at Lake of the Ozarks.
