Another factor: If you’re running the program like a business and you know a guy is overpaid for what he brings to the table, what do you do? Dylan is commanding a huge chunk of Rev Share. If he leaves, that frees up money to target other positions of need. Kind of a Moneyball approach, do you use $2M on 1 player or spread it over 4 players that can shore up the OL/DL/LB? Especially knowing LaTeef won’t command the same amount?
If you could do some type of benefit analysis on what a player has brought to the team vs what has been spent I’d assume Nebraska is in the red with Raiola.

Didn’t bring any recruits with him because he was a bitch that took forever to commit.
Hasn’t really attracted a ton of transfers with him .. maybe key who is the 3rd best wr this year?

Hasn’t played up to his paycheck.

He hasn’t brought a lot of the table yet. Not sure what changes in year 3

I remember earlier in the year(pre injury) there were small rumblings of teammates being sick of Raiolas antics.

You saw the team play a lot looser with LaTeef. Makes you wonder as well

Highest rated prospect in the history of the program at the most important position by a country mile. We’re ready to cut ties because we have a mini Adrian Martinez that ran roughshod against the 120th ranked scoring defense, precisely one time.
Will love to see how the LaTruthers respond if we lose to PSU by two+ scores.

The tea leaves insinuate a big issue between the staff and the Raiolas. Rhule's IG story and Dylan changing his IG profile picture to his brand would indicate there's a lot at play.

What did Dylan have as his IG profile pic before?

I think Dylan would legit be threatening an 80% completion percentage with that line and those receivers.
If you think of it, his decision to come to Nebraska severely backfired. He could be starting as a redshirt freshman for the defending national champion. With the most talented roster and a great coaching staff but instead he’s injured and 90% of the fan base here is hoping he leaves because we found a scambley boi who won 1 game against the worst team in the conference. Despite the fact that with a mostly mid supporting cast, Dylan has led us to the 1st 2 bowl games since 2016.

Personally think DR would be a LARGE liability in the SEC with his lack of mobility. It's an issue in the middle pack of the Big 10 and the SEC has way better athletes than mid B10.

Sayin and Stockton at Georgia are both superior QB’s in arm talent, accuracy, and decision making. Dylan wouldn’t be starting at either of those two schools.
