Matt Rhules biggest failure is what most coaches failures are.
He was loyal to friends and hired them to jobs they didn’t deserve. The worst part is he had a large pool of funds for assistants and just decided to overpay the u deserving friends. Fuck isn’t satt still making a mill to coach TEs now?

The team is getting their shit pushed in on the trenches by teams they spend more on in the trenches.

The bigger issue is coaching, scheme and development.

Nebraska has to have one of the biggest bust\flop rate of olinemen in the country.

Footwork, blocking schemes, etc. the failure rate at the oline is fucking nuts. They can just run one guy after another on to the field and they all look the same. It’s fucking stupid.

"Winning the offseason" is interesting. I'm not sure why that's put on Rhule. They hardly spoke this offseason.

Going to need a QB that gets rid of the football.

Can't sit back and hold the ball for 3+ seconds on nearly every drop back. That said, you can't get beat with a 3-man rush.

Teams have figured out Nebraska can’t hold a block for long and they flood the intermediate passing game with bodies.
It confuses Dylan to not make a decision and he won’t pull the trigger. Then add it the fact he can’t run teams don’t have to worry about the edges on a pass.

They just sacrifice a dump down pass for a completion knowing they’ll have bodies near by
