What are the odds a guy can get 50/50 or even more? Or all things considered even is it just a break down the middle as far as kids and schools go?

I was lucky that I didn't have kids with my first wife, so I don't know. As far as your assests go, that would be a 50/50 split. Only exception is for assets you had prior to the marriage. Those you keep.

It took me 6 years and spending a boat load on attorneys but I got primary with my kids. My ex was violent though and terrible at managing time and almost missed the deadline for filing a response in court.

Sarpy County judges are all pro joint legal and joint physical custody. They will deviate from that if there’s concerning behavior from one of the parents. Douglas County judges are mostly the same
