yeah he needs to imagine the inmates actually running the place instead of dismissing the fact that all jails are run by the inmates. In fairness, you weren't running the jail....so that's another variable.

It's just like the draft. Sanders and Ward are not top half of the first round QBs, but they'll both go there because the QB is so overvalued. It's such an important position with such limited top end guys that the price just shoots up.One could argue though that Carson Beck is also not a $4 million QB either. The market is completely out of whack.
I went to county jail for a DUI back in the day.Not sure where people get this idea. I went to jail in college for trespassing. I can assure you it was 12 of the most miserable hours of my life.
But maybe jail is different than an asylum.

I'm not really sold. I'm also inherently a bit sour on anyone's pro prospects that spent the last decade in school. So take that for what it's worth. To me this feels closer to the 2022 draft where someone was the top QB simply because they needed someone to be, rather than them actually being a top QB.I think Ward will be a pretty darn good pro QB

Yeah I suppose I could have disected that a bit further. Essentially what I'm saying (and I think you get it) is that QBs are going to get much more than a lot of them should simply because they are QBs and they're in such high demand. A second or third round talent can easily find themselves in the first round to a desperate enough team.Your logic isn't flawed, but claiming QB's are "overvalued," is misguided. Its the most important position in the World, regardless of sport.
Also looks like Phase 1 of my mini parlay is coming to fruition. I’ll be prepared to bump this in the fall when Phase 2 is complete.I’m calculating a 95% probability that he transfers to the Big 10 and kicks our ass.
If it comes out his deal was a 1/4th of what he was asking for it may still deter some of itAll the P4 teams could have collectively made an example of this kid to help deter some of this nonsense. Looks like UCLA wants to fuck that up.
