25 is pretty brutal but 24 is not which sets up nicely for a big jump if Rhule & Co. can actually revive this thing.

Exactly. And we don't have a servicable QB to take over, in case Sims even gets dinged up. If he's injured for a long time, you can basically write off the whole season. Fuck Georgia (and Cockeye).
So people understand, this would make donations by individuals non-deductible. It should not affect business donations, which would be deductible as business expenses if for advertising, not as charitable deductions.
What it also does is make a 501(c)(3) collective fully taxable on all receipts, whether from businesses or individual, which is obviously a killer for the charitable/tax-exempt version of the NIL collective.
