As someone who has done lots of Team Building with businesses seeing this makes me Fully Husked. This is how you build a tight knit group that goes beyond just being fellow employees or teammates. IMHO Rhule truly is a Master Psychologist/Manager as he just seems to always be pushing the right buttons. Get everyone on the same page working for a common goal. From coaches to players it just seems like he has a well thought out plan. Love seeing the players having fun with competition during S&C Training. After comments from his former Baylor, Temple & Carolina players plus former Asst Coaches speaking highly of him I had high expectations of his leadership abilities but he has exceeded them. I'm so excited for our players and the future of our football program. GBR

did you notice Evans Facial expression when Sipple asked what characteristics can't be taught? Evan literally had just gone over that with them. He made Sipple think about that question. I'm sure he had a couple hundred smartass responses that he had to suppress

I did catch the eye brow raises. I also think all the coaches are getting tired of the same questions. I see “restraint” in most of the more recent interviews.

Ran into a dad of a player I know this morning. Not that this is new news, just said you wouldn’t believe the difference in organization from frost to rhule.
