Winter Conditioning 2025

I instantly read that as Happy Gilmore.

Mostly from under-throwing wide open WRs for 30-40-50 yard gains and then getting 15 in penalty yards instead.
And then not scoring.
I'd bet this cost us 50+ points last year.
Going off memory, but I can't recall more than maybe one instance of a true deep ball drawing a DPI. The flags came out largely on deep hooks, deep outs, back shoulder throws on receivers breaking off their route, etc.

I do specifically remember a couple egregious uncalled DPIs on deep balls where the ball was placed pretty well & the receiver was obstructed.

Definitely hoping for a step up in the deep passing game next season, though.

DR either over thru wide open WRs forTDs or under-threw them for DPIs, or the back shoulder throws that stopped being completions and were only PIs.

It certainly wasn't Casey Thompson and Trey Palmer out there last year that's for sure.

I invite you to review the Purdue game. That was our best play that day.
