Going off memory, but I can't recall more than maybe one instance of a true deep ball drawing a DPI. The flags came out largely on deep hooks, deep outs, back shoulder throws on receivers breaking off their route, etc.Mostly from under-throwing wide open WRs for 30-40-50 yard gains and then getting 15 in penalty yards instead.
And then not scoring.
I'd bet this cost us 50+ points last year.

I do specifically remember a couple egregious uncalled DPIs on deep balls where the ball was placed pretty well & the receiver was obstructed.
Definitely hoping for a step up in the deep passing game next season, though.
