The 9 hole executive course there is an absolute joke too. Its a glorified Jim Ager(still open?)
No shade at Jim Ager. Hit my first hole in one there …..hit a hose im assuming was left out and it followed the hose all the way to the hole.Don't throw shade at Jim Ager, my 7 year old, who has never played more than 2 complete holes in his life went back to back par-par at Jim Ager. Little bastard beat me on those holes too. Everyday I'm reminded of this by him.
Someone must have wanted to take this guy down... Pretty funny video.
Most important part of that is him learning how to talk shit.Everyday I'm reminded of this by him.
Take him down? He is cheating and at my club the Calcutta is over $100K. They should have chased them out with pitch forks after they won the second time. People who cheat in golf are the scum of the earth. It’s the one sport that has honor and makes you call penalties on yourself. Fuck that guy and anyone else that sandbags their handicap.
The depth that people will go to win a member guest is pretty pathetic. I quit playing in ours a few years ago because the same people always win their flights and everyone knows they are sandbaggers. This one’s pretty blatant too, I’m honestly surprised no one caught on to what he was doing sooner
I worked maintenance there one summer on loan from Holmes. It's amazing how easy a junior course is to maintain compared to an 18 hole.Jim Ager is a gift to golf. Beautiful course for the kids.
Sounds like Warren Swigart in Omaha. No shade at Jim Ager. Hit my first hole in one there …..hit a hose im assuming was left out and it followed the hose all the way to the hole.
I’m counting it, 10 year old me did and I always will.
Wait, yore telling us a 9 hole par 3 is easier to maintain than an 18 hole course?I worked maintenance there one summer on loan from Holmes. It's amazing how easy a junior course is to maintain compared to an 18 hole.
I had a similar shot there but it was with a wedge. Bladed a rocket into a tree that ricochet inches from the hole.Sounds like Warren Swigart in Omaha.
My golf claim to fame is hitting a putter off the tee on #4, and putting it 2 feet from the hole for a tap in birdie.
I can see 8 year olds having a hard time keeping score correctly. I’m in my mid 30s and still mess it up but parents should be helping them if they are caddying. You will get more respect for admitting you are wrong and will never get the benefit of doubt when you try to let it slideIt’s sad- my 8 year old starting playing tourneys this summer and I have been caddying for him. 99% of the time a parent will caddy and keep score and my son has only played with 1 other kid who counted all his strokes.
Obviously I didn’t put that one together but that’s pretty low. Basically teaching your kid to cheat.Yeah it’s not the 8 year olds cheating…it’s the parents. They’re the ones keeping score and blatantly cheating. I’m not talking about missing 1 stroke it’s shaving 2-4 strokes a hole…just absolutely crazy.
