That staff over there is lazy and for them to think they'e not, it's incredible to me.

He quit going for the story or working to be first to the story or working really…to do anything but protect access. Malaise has set in as he’s hit his financial tipping point.

When you are hungry you will work, grind, want to always be first, and break the news. He’s not hungry any longer. He’s fat and happy…and therefore the laziness crept in and you get what you get now. All the things you mentioned.

He wants to be seen as a somebody. HE wants to be the important one now, not the content.

…and there isn’t anything fundamentally wrong with that. People will buy what he’s selling. They will feel they are getting what they want and they will defend him for it.
