What is the most useless city in Nebraska?

Anyone ever heard of King Lake, NE? Used to be an unincorporated little village between Valley and Omaha. Old biker town where meth was made. It was like a Scooby-Doo episode as their were rumors of satanic rituals but I think “the town elders” made those rumors up, to keep out the meddling kids.
Maybe the most dangerous place on earth after midnight.

It used to be a hangout for biker trash. Bad ... very bad ... things happened in that place. My wife didn't believe me when I told her about King Lake, so I did what any responsible husband would do: I drove her through the place. Within minuted we had teenagers on ATV's forming a net on the roads attempting to box us in. Nope, not today shitheads. Hemi power to the rescue, and ... GONE. She doesn't even want to go to the Valley DQ because of it's proximity to King Lake anymore.

My next door neighbor used to be an administrator in the Valley (DC West) school district and was forced to make one (ONE) home visit there regarding a school related matter. He played college ball (OL, so he's a fellow hogmollie) and a reasonably intimidating dude if he wants to be. He won't be back. Ever.

The area got flooded pretty bad a few years ago and they refused to allow any rebuilding in there. Still some folks that won't (or can't) move on. Bulldozers needed at high noon, IMO.

Yes, King Lake remains a shytehole.
