That and we don't have a passing game that either can scheme a guy open or shake someone loose on playaction. The latter could be to the lack of a running game, but we have good TE's in Nelson and Fidone that are matchup problems going to waste.

Pass pro is better than I expected but not yielding the results it should.
For sure. Im not a coach by any means, but it sure seems like we have used fidone incorrectly a lot until this week. He has way better long speed than short. Hes really good with DR on the medium level throws where he can find a soft spot or out run a LB.
gonna need a lot more of that to finish the season

It's really Satterfield's job to create a scheme that has WRs, TEs and RBs in position to succeed. In the end, the buck stops at the OC.

Pass pro has been good most of the time. The WR/TE group is plenty good enough to be putting up 28+ pts/gm in the B1G with this QB. But they're not. As Rhule said, every single yard is just so difficult. That's on Satterfield.

Some Nebraska fans during blowout loss:
We need staff upgrades, Fire him, him and him by Monday!

Possible story leaks that the AD and Rhule are butting heads over needed staff upgrades

Some Nebraska fans:
-Wtf AD, quit meddling.
-AD’s gonna fire Rhule.

SMDH
Yeah so weird that different people have different opinions about the program. Hive mind should be the ideal.

Some more on JuJu Marks:

On3 reported his signing as a Defensive Linemen. That's not accurate at all. Nebraska, KU, Michigan, Notre Dame, Mizzou, Minnesota, and OU all have been recruiting him his as an Offensive Tackle. He's incredibly athletic, and this is his first season at Olathe South. He was at St. Thomas Aquinas for his first three seasons of high school football, but lives in South Olathe and I'm sure its much easier on his family for him to attend South. The football program is better at Aquinas, but the competition faced is even. Aquinas is 5A, South is a 6A school and they play many of the same programs.

He was committed to KU for the last couple of months, and their fans are very salty. While it may not have been smart to talk about NIL, his freshman offering is around $140k. I'm sure that's a lot more than what KU could offer.

The kid is also a very solid basketball player with some smooth handles for being 6'7 270.

Sounds like whoever Oklahoma hires to replace Venables is getting a heck of a player

I'll admit to getting overly emotional after shit like Indianus happens but also shouldn't we expect better than looking like we've never played football before when playing against a top 15 team?
did you wanna go find a barn & have some sects Larry? Gbr

The OL has gotten better ever year and they are not the problem.

If I watch one more shitty running back we try to convince ourselves is good run into the back of an OL when an average back would have actually seen where the play was developing I’m going to have a conniption.
Excellent use of the word conniption btw

Probably horseshit but nonetheless

If true, Dannen could be flexing his nuts on Rhule and holding HIM accountable…wait wait, what am I thinking…a Nebraska AD actually having balls…
