The group was never as good as the sum of it's parts under Gregg so I'm cautiously optimistic Poch will get more out of them even if the talent level doesn't come up markedly. While it isn't Poch's job to develop them I think he is known for being able to get guys to buy in and be accountable for their own development and I think he is going to make dudes uncomfortable which is clearly needed.

But I agree with your point as far as I think Poch is probably more of a floor raiser than a ceiling raiser
