Denver has defensive talent and Harbaugh did have success with Kaepernick, so I figure he can make Wilson look decent again.

I doubt he's interested in the NFL again. Outside of him leaving us for his alma mater, I think he will stick around for a while.

Agreed, I see his NFL situation being similar to Urb's that left a bad taste. If he's winning like we all hope he will, he'll have plenty of P5 and NFL suitors...and also agree that one of the few programs (maybe the only one) he'd dump us for before he gets things really rolling, is psu.

Yep. The talk last year was they have a superbowl roster and just need a qb. By game 4 this year you could tell that coach was garbage

Rhule is damaged goods in the NFL. Like others have said we need to worry about other good college programs poaching him, but since we are Nebraska Rhule’s tenure probably won’t go the way we want it.

He also made the comment (which was sort of telling), that he was surprised at how strong our brand and response to Nebraska was - on the road recruiting.
Translation, he may not think it's as difficult to recruit here as others make it out to be.
Usually coaches leave for opportunity, money, ease/difficulty of recruiting, or change of athletic or administrative leadership.

FWIW Urb said there is no way he would ever coach there, but it’s Urb. I also couldn’t see the Michigan brass hiring him.
