He made 2 more babies with his wife while here.

Time flies man. The Frost era was so bad that it was actually DULL. It didn't feel like he was here for 5 years at all because there were no ups and downs, only downs. It always felt like he was still working on the beginning stages of being our coach.

I was thinking exactly this just yesterday. It feels like he was only here for 2 or 3 seasons. Insane that he was here for half a decade.

thought about that the other week, can't remember what popped up. Frost was literally our HC my entire back half of my 20s. Nuts in my opinion.
