I had sinus surgery about ten years ago, and I'd say having the packing removed was one of the worst experiences in my life.

I had deviated septum surgery a decade or so ago, and yep - it sucked. But being able to breathe again when that packing was finally gone ... amazing.

Classic communist move (did the same thing in the Russian civil war, the red/blue war, the Finland war and the Chinese civil war)

- MI6 and OSS had broken all Wehrmacht communications and due to the Cambridge 5 the USSR had all of that intel. (everything from single observation posts reporting movements to Hitler’s macro level orders to the Field Marshall)

AND STILL the Wehrmacht stacked the fucking commie scum like cord wood during the greatest rear guard defense in history. If only Canaris had succeeded in killing Hitler. He would have signed a peace treaty with the west, surrendered the western gains and would have been allowed to be solely focused on destroying the Bolshevik pigs.
