follow up, is/would/will Scott be consulted on who he would feel comfortable with as AD?
I think you need to have somebody who he is or you risk a situation similar to what Bo was in with ADSE. I am not saying Matt Davidson, but I can see Cook/Klassy having value here.

If you bring in an outsider, you are essentially bringing in a hatchet man at that point. Whoever it is needs to be somebody who comes in with an open mind and is 100% behind the current big 5 coaches.

1. Is starting WR going to be Manning, Toure, Martin?
2. Who is the RG going to be?
3. Is Mauga Clements going to be a first round draft pick?
4. Who starts opposite CTB?
5. What is Bill Busch doing?
6. Has special teams been a focus this offseason or not?
7. Is it true that the coaching staff is filming porn at Gate 25?
Does anybody else find it hilarious how we heard about how Mauga-Clements was an SEC talent if they only had room?

1. Coach Verdu is going to be here for the long haul, isn't he?
2. Coach Held is going to be here for the long haul, isn't he?
No to Mario. I think he is on his back 9 of his career in general. I wanted and I know it was being recommended to have Mario move to an analyst role.

Held is on a hot hot seat this year. We need to have some RBs who can emerge this year. His room has been a shit show lately. He has also failed to develop a pipeline from IWCC to here. That last one pisses me off. I am sure @...TrueColors... can say more on it.

So as of right now I don't see Held here for the long haul unless he changes.

We are going to win the West this year, aren't we?

1. Is starting WR going to be Manning, Toure, Martin?
That is who I have.

2. Who is the RG going to be?
I need to watch more of the spring game, but Sichterman is who I almost want. Banks is very much in the discussion.

I think Nouili and Ezra are probably a year away, but you have to really like their athleticism.

3. Is Mauga Clements going to be a first round draft pick?
He looked like it in the spring game right?

I think he has made some progress and should be in that back up wave with Snodgrass.

4. Who starts opposite CTB?
I think Clark has the highest ceiling. I am waiting to hear about how Tyreke is looking.
5. What is Bill Busch doing?
Helping secondary, special teams (big part) and indirectly recruiting
6. Has special teams been a focus this offseason or not?
Yes. Listen to the interviews and you hear how they mention it. How it is expected to be a starter on there. I will say I heard it more on the defensive side of the ball.
7. Is it true that the coaching staff is filming porn at Gate 25?
Have you looked at Mario with that cigar?

@...TrueColors... reported that it is a kinky construction themed one currently.

Which coaches get the most pussay? Please rank them.

Last 2 questions:

1. are you expecting, in 2021, what was supposed to be a 2019 Adrian?

2. I thought from the very beginning that it would take 2 full offseasons in the weight room to catch Cockeye in the trenches, and 3 to catch Wisconsin. We are technically at that timeline. Excluding the OG position and clearly looking at size, do you think we’re finally there fully physically?

A guy named cORNpORN on 247 posted some insider stuff. Here's a short snippet:

That's not the case around the team. Despite the perceived youth throughout the roster, there is enough experience in the two deep who flat out believe they are going to win a lot of games in the Big Ten. And what's interesting about the youth is the incoming recruiting class has some chippiness among them. These kids showed up and really getting after it with a work ethic that has been missing. The transfers and the freshman all have brought a "I didn't come here to lose attitude." Its noticeable and refreshing.
Are you hearing the same thing as cORNpORN? Also have you heard anything about LUTO? What about Jordan Riley?

1. are you expecting, in 2021, what was supposed to be a 2019 Adrian?
Yes. This should be the most talent surrounding him since his freshmen year. We should be on par to slightly better at WR and I don't know if we have 7 yds a carry RB or a Mo Washington at RB, but was told this OL is deeper and more talented.

If 2AM maximizes he is an All B1G QB.

This should be a very big and physical team. Was told that the defense specifically really passes the eye test.

Keep an eye on Nash. I fully expect us to have the best set of 3 NGs in the B1G.

I do agree with that.

1. Do you think Williams and Desmuke, with kids, came back to go 5-7, 6-6, etc... Not just them, but I think you get the point.
2. The guys they have recruited that made up the core of their last few classes have come from winning programs.
3. I think the staff came off as short and frankly embarrassed in spring interviews.

I need to see this come forward as wins in the fall though. I do think a lot of the right pieces are there.

So if that’s true then that is a lot of what ive talked about on RSS, having the players in the program who are tough as shit and just refuse to lose. Can’t coach that. Hope that’s true. Would do a lot for the program

Talking about culture without saying culture in order to avoid the people who are over us talk about our culture getting mad.

I know there have been several things recommended to Frost in regards to both Verdu and Held. One being as @Faux Sean Callahan mentioned to move Verdu to an analyst role, move Held to special teams and hire a new RB coach and have Frost coach QBs. This is a huge year for both Verdu and Held.

IWCC doesn’t deal with Held anymore. Crazy, because Strohmeier is probably the hardest guy in the world to ever piss off.

Do we have a running back that will be “the man”, or is it going to be “by committee”?
FWIW I have also heard that Stepp is doing well in his recovery and that his injury was blown way out of proportion.
4. Who starts opposite CTB?
Was told that they really like Quinton Newsome here and don’t expect Ndab to contribute on defense.

Agreed on Stepp.
Agreed on Newsome.
Not sure I agree with the part about Nadab.

Yeah. This AD job is a weird position right now cause I think we’re 8-4 this year and then the AD is kind of in wait and see how it goes mode and worries about other things.

follow up, is/would/will Scott be consulted on who he would feel comfortable with as AD?

If we go 8-4 this year the AD better not even think about firing Frost cuz that would be his best coaching job in a long long time due to strength of schedule and losing the best player on the entire team.

btw, which of these do you think we win? (unless you think we drop a game to somebody else besides these 5)

at OU
Michigan
Ohio St
at Wisconsin
Cockeye

Would be my ordering from most to least likely. OU and OSU are at 0%
