• Make Mario an analyst... Would be a good gig for him to transition to retirement. I simply don't think we get enough ROI to have a full time QB coach.
• Hire a good RB coach.... Nixon's dad wouldn't suck, but you would probably need to make him an OC to get him.
• Make Busch Crooting Coor/Special Teams co-coor/Co-DB/Associate HC/Recruiting Bad ass
• Frost would coach QBs more with help from Mario and Lubbick.
• Keep everything else the same.

I am fine with Chins. You look at what he has done via the analytics it is really good. Not necessarily where they rank, but the improvement you saw is something that is really impressive. Adam McClintock talked about this when he broke down Chin on 1620the zone.

The other thing, are you really going to get an elite DC to come here? Elite is top 10 in the game. Actually an elite DC is probably higher actually. You aren't getting a true elite DC here unless it is as a HC right now IMO.

I also like the culture on the defensive side. They have a chip on their shoulder and just work.

I want to see what this year look like. I think this year should be the best we have witnessed since 2010.

I grew up with Adam McClintock’s brother. Always makes me chuckle when I see his advanced stats. I’ve warmed up to Chins because he’s evolved since the first year and it seems like guys like playing for him. The offensive side is a train wreck and I think that’s the biggest indictment against Frost as a CEO.

Do you see Lubick here long term? The more comes out about him, boy the dude is just an odd fit for a state like Nebraska.

Have you heard any of these ideas, or similar, actually being tossed around? They have to know Held and verdu just aren’t cutting it.... right? lol

Both. Combination of fit, him wanting to grind, natural turnover of college football, etc.....

Assuming Frost is here in 3 years. I would say it is more likely he is elsewhere in that time than here.

For some reason I feel like if we somewhat blow up this year and go like 8-4, then he'll be out the door. Like a Troy Walters situation kind of, wanting that next better job.
