So my 5 month old granddaughter is fussy, won’t sleep thru the night.
Asked my son if she eats any rice cereal to help her be satisfied and sleep? Did this with all my kids, never had problems.

Turns out, doctors been telling them rice cereal is a big cause of childhood obesity. My son is telling me this as his 3 yr old lays on the couch after preschool, playing with iPad and eating 2 bags of ruffles!

Lol, both of my girls got rice cereal in their bottles and my youngest is a string bean that does competition cheer, smallest kid in her squad. The oldest is a fit and in shape girl who loves sports, riding her bike etc.

Truth. All you have to do is travel abroad and you see entirely different foods and choices available. Less additives, real sugar, no super sizes, and a lot healthier people.

This is true. America is a fat fucking country. You shouldn't be able to use your snap card to buy doritos.

When I was in Europe and Japan, the food was so much better overall. And better for you overall. Most of the fats I saw abroad were Americans on vaca.
