The Phats of society

Went to my daughter's cheer recital this past Sunday and I noticed the same over there. I could stand to lose 10-15 pounds being 225-230 at 6'2", but 60% of the people I saw there were overweight by 50+ lbs

Hey there buddy, getting awfully close to obese yourself... 🤣

Did you slide over to ABM? From the outside looking in, it appears 2 out of 3 are very fit and could use a little more of my meat in their lives. The other, the white guy is probably @B1G_10_Tony ’s mentor in life.
I did not, but now that you mention it I could use an afternoon of half wood talking to the two ladies. Good call…Friday morning is now scheduled. Thanks!

This chart says I have a huge cock. Interesting.

Had a buddy who's company worked in some stupid ass bonuses based on being at a healthy weight because it saved them big money on Healthcare. Problem was he was only 5-8 and weighed 220 lbs but he wasn't fat. He was a former hockey player and had tree truck legs, just a big boned guy wide framed guy. He competed in Triathalons and ran Marathons, but just couldn't get below 210 lbs even when training heavily but was considered Obese by their standards. The weight they wanted him at was like 178 and there was no way in hell he could drop that low with his frame. He was probably in the best shape of anyone in his company but was considered Obese by their Cookie Cutter Height/Weight Charts.

Truth. All you have to do is travel abroad and you see entirely different foods and choices available. Less additives, real sugar, no super sizes, and a lot healthier people.
“a lot healthier people”

Except for the fact that a high percentage of those slim and trim folks smoke. Spent two weeks in Barcelona in 2001 and was surprised to say the least.

Truth. Barcelona apparently accounts for half of all cig sales for sure! Food is good tho!

That story is more pleasant than her one about the lady who stuck a fish up her HooHaa not realizing the fish scales only allowed easy movement in one direction. Got a fish stuck up there. Plus a couple stories of gay guys putting unusual things in their asses that got stuck, died or broke like Gerbils, Light Bulbs, Vegetables, Flashlights.......
My best friend is a fire fighter in Omaha. He said he had a call once of a dude that was basically banging his asshole with a water bottle, and he accidentally sucked it up there. I laughed so hard

I’m obese according to this chart

Life comes at you fast
Some of the BMI stuff is bs. The state statistics counts ya in the % if ur over 30.0 & Tom Brady is like 27. That other chart I’m overweight with any where in 10-13% bodyfat when I think 25% bodyfat is considered obese for men.

So I'm stuck in Cockeye for a project cutting over a plant from one old version of their IT system to a new one, which takes a few weeks. I'm teamed up with a few other guys from Minneapolis from my company and they're all pretty good with this stuff as well as me.

But one guy is heavy. Not like obese overweight, but very heavy. And we head out every night to grab dinner, so he gets a shit ton of food. Man, I hate it. As many here, I like a good meal and I hate to waste it, but he wastes nothing from the six courses he gets. Very nice guy, but I'm just disgusted by the amount of food one person can eat in one sitting.

I haven’t lived in Nebraska for about fifteen years, living on both coasts since then. My diet has changed substantially as a result.

Having visited back home for a week last year I was reminded how much “brown/tan” food and red meat is served in the Midwest.

I’m not poo-pooing that diet but making an observation.

Did a date night with my wife about a month ago since Anthony's Steakhouse is closing down. Went all out. I, myself, got a big Porterhouse, baked potato, salad, crab legs, and 2 beers. That kinda what you mean lol?
