But there is literally a plan....it's in the dude's book that's advising Trump. Yes, I haven't read it...hence, I don't have a clue if it's a good plan or a bad plan....or even what the actual plan is. That' doesn't mean there isn't one.

It's pretty clear from the way it's being effected that there isn't really a plan. And to the extent there is a plan, it's divorced from actual economics.
