He just signed a year ago to coach ST. Unless he was promised more, he shouldn't be expecting anything else. If he wants a raise for his ST work, great, give it to him. He earned it. If he wants more, that's his problem.

Nah give him what he wants, the Frost and Foley ST units are enough for me to make Ekeler whatever he desires to be on the staff.

We’ve gone from “this report has nothing to it, don’t believe everything you read” to “well, he was always going to bail after one year.”

Losing Ekeler is a colossal failure. Full stop. Combine that with the swings and misses on DL, and it is not a great offseason for a guy whose staffing choices are already suspect at best.
