Special teams analyst moving on to pursue other opportunities

I will say that I'm intrigued by Polk. He's got ST experience in the NFL and it would add to the diversity of your staff. Busch would probably be more qualified based on the breadth of his experience, but there's something to be said for optics. I know that Steve Warren and Matt Vrzal both tweeted that we should look at him first.
I think Polk is probably a good special teams coach, but he hasn't been snapped up by an NFL team as an assistant ST coach (maybe he's taking time to recharge?) and he's pretty much a wildcard when it comes to recruiting given that he has no experience. Seems more like an analyst candidate, but apparently they didn't use the one they had all that well so who knows.
