They very well may, simply for the eyeballs/ratings… dude doesn’t need to see the field to pay dividends for the Browns.

Watched a couple of these in the past, Ocho brings just about nothing to the program, I don't know why Sharpe does it with him as Sharpe has to carry all the water Ocho brings nothing and is often lost and does nothing but agree.

Pickett didn’t light it up in Pittsburgh, but no way in hell I go into the regular season with Flaco, Gabriel and Shedildo as my QB room.

It’s quite possible.

I know Gabriel was Stefanski’s guy in the draft, but he doesn’t have full control over player personnel moves. Their GM, Andrew Berry has a boner for Shedildo, and neither Pickett nor Huntley have been able to play so far, so those three are pretty likely on the roster with Pickett on IR or the PUP list and Huntley cut outright. Somewhere between now and the final cutdown, Watson has to go as well.

Buuuttt….as you pointed out, it’s Cleveland. They’ll likely move Deshaun Watson to receiver, cut Flaco, trade Gabriel for a 7th rounder in 2035, name Shedildo the starter and start the season with injured Pickett and Huntley as the backups. That would check all the Cleveland boxes.
