Chinander was OLB's at Oregon - I believe he could step into that role nicely. Dawson hasn't done a bad job with OLB's at all. But his ST units were trash, he's a lower tier recruiter compared to who else we are talking about losing, and I'd rather make room for Busch.

Not always bad vs good, this one is good vs better.

I'd hate to lose Becton or Fisher out of all our current coaches. We need all the top notch recruiters we can keep on staff. Ideally we add Busch to the mix in some capacity so he can be on the road with Mickey, Fish and Becton.

Ruud is a local recruiter. If we get a ST coach, that goes Dawson’s secondary job. And OLB’s haven’t been great in the last few years. Plus, Chin has experience coaching OLBs, so good to cover down.
