Skunk and son, Jacob, had some last minute wedding stuff on their to-do list and met me in Aurora on Thursday morning with 13 dozen ears of corn.

Skunk really is a good guy and very tender-hearted. No doubt in my mind that he teared up big time while walking his daughter down the aisle today. And also no doubt in my mind that he opened up his wallet big-time to ensure a memorable time for all at the wedding reception tonight.

He has intense pride about his family, his Huskers and his corn. Really good guy even if he does have an odd way about him. Just don’t get into a GMO discussion with him, right @Husker Priapism ?? 🤣
