They are doing some commercial stuff aren’t they. I think we did a house in Ogallala for them and a Freddies. I actually did the early childcare building in Kearney which was probably one of the last jobs your brother did with Hampton I bet.

Yep you'd be right. He wrapped that up and opened up shop after that. He's won a few commercial jobs in Lincoln and a school iob in Gretna in the last 3 weeks or so. Been on a pretty hot streak.

These are my people.. I worked for Agrex for 17 years. Not a great story! Guy was being fired today at 61 and then came back for revenge. Killed the a very sweet women who was his partner for 7 years and then shot my old boss twice and before he got the 3rd shot of while standing over him, he was shot by one of the operations guys. The ops guy stopped it and saved lives. My old boss of 15yrs died at hospital tonight and has 2 great daughters with new grandkids. He is a big boy and stood in the way of bullets. Very Very mad at the moment and...I'll just leave it at that. Fuck!

I was there, I work there. It's fuckin horrific. I worked on Darrin until EMS got there. I was in a meeting with my boss Eric,. Darrin (who's Eric's boss) plus Darrin's boss out of KC corporate office. They were offering me the new position. I caught a bullet in my back that went through Darrin. I was jumping towards the closet where the shotgun was when I felt the bullet. Eric jumped in there before me, had grabbed the shotgun and put the shot in that mother fuckers chest. Sandy Nelson and Darrin Koepke were two of the nicest creations God ever gave us! My best girlfriend is on the EMS team, I was never more happy to see her in my whole life. Two days later we're both a mess.

Its absolutely terrible. I know 3 guys that work at Agrex. Superior was like a 2nd home to me when I was younger. My dad's farm is 7 miles south of town. Talked to him last night about it he kept saying shit like this ain't supposed to happen around here.

It would have been if the hero wouldn’t have been cool calm and collected. I heard he told them to open the door and let the asshole pop through. Good thing they had the shotgun there to shoot pigeons.

Eric did not say that, but yes thank God we have that shotgun there! I would of shot the mother fucker if I got to the closet first but I was bracing the door with Darrin. The fucker shot through the door hitting Darrin in the lower left gut which propelled Darrin into me pushing me back so I went for the closet as Eric was jumping in there too, this is when I heard the 2nd shot go off which went through Darrin's right shoulder and hit me under my left shoulder blade. Sandy had already been shot in her office twice. There's two other office ladies that were out there he could of shot but he was on a mission for certain people. It's fuckin 😥tragic to say the least

I know, but it doesn't feel real good right now. I am very lucky, but my heart is bleeding for my coworkers and their families. Never felt anything like this in my life and pray nobody goes through it again

I grew up in Deweese as a kid. My dad owned the old town hall. We used it as our shop early on. We moved to my grandparents farm house when I was in grade school and kept going to Sandy Creek. You probably know Gene Himmelberg. We lived south of him. My dad sold that house to my cousin and her husband. Hell you might know my cousin and her husband.

My dad still uses a bookie down in Superior. His daughter is an emt and was there. They were all shaken up bad because they know the people well who got shot. The whole story is pretty crazy. Thank God that gun was there. She said they were all goners without it which is pretty obvious I guess.

The bookie and his daughter are both close friends of mine. She was the first one to come in and help me with Darrin.

If I remember correctly somebody was down 4k to him so that guy turned him in so he could get off his debt, but Jay didn't get in trouble. I'm sure he didn't.

Yea I knew he didn’t really get in a lot of trouble. I just remember something going down. I was probably in high school at the time. FWIW I always thought superior was a nice town for the most part. I mean how couldn’t you if you lived in Deweese right.

I think it was in the late 80's when that happened to him. I'd of been in 3rd or 4th grade. I've partied in Deweese multiple times. At Dan Black's dive bar and the other place too.
