His AFCA speech talks about his process briefly. Basically wants them to talk about football and how detailed they are. He doesn't want a power point or any type of presentation like that. He also talked about how his coaches breakdown the drills they do. The technique it is meant to build and what the coach should be looking for.I think it was either @Lionsfan93 or @BorWhiskey who had in their research noted that Rhule has an eye for up and coming coaches. Good at developing assistants as well as players.
It is pretty interesting listening too.
