I'm not a fan of keeping Raiola...at all.
This is the only thing I'll say about all of this in a positive light. I think Rhule is a hard-ass and holds his assistants to a high standard and requires them to work as hard as he does. There's the story out there that he basically told the one OC that this, this, this, and this needs to happen....or you're fired. I guess my point being, these guys are going to be required to work, and work at a high level, and if they don't cut it, he'll cut them loose. I don't know if he has a history of doing it, or maybe he's effective in that regard of getting his assistants to perform, both in recruiting and development. He's had a history of that occurring. I hope that's the case...I was also hopeful of getting a top flight OL coach, OC, and DC....becoming underwhelmed, and I've been mostly positive towards whoever Rhule hires on staff...
