I also realize that it’s really hard to blame him on last years woes.

But I thought they’d try to hire an older guy more experienced guy for this spot.

When you have 7 million to pay for assistants you don’t hire this many inexperienced coaches when you’re going up against the best of the best coaching wise in the BIG.

I didn't ask what we'll be paying, I asked what they're worth. We all know he's going to burn through that $7 million, but when I say burn, I mean quite literally putting it in a pile, dumping gasoline on top, and lighting it on fire.
