Rahmir Tweet

He should get the amount of snaps that his position on the depth chart warrants. How many snaps do 4th string RBs usually get?
Feel like there are plenty of formations where you have him in the backfield as a second RB or split out wide and he does damage. Also is probably a little more well rounded than Allen at this point and Allen has done really well so far.

He would be a great 3rd down back I would think for those 3rd and 4-8 situations

No way. Grant has already proven he is better in pretty much every situation. If we have 3rd and 6, Grant is the guy. Unless we just go no backs and spread, Grant is bigger, at least as fast, shiftier and gets YAC better.

I like Rhamir - root for him, but Grant is clearly the guy you want getting most of the carries, especially at the most important times.

I like Allen too. He hits the hole quick. Not flashy but north and south runner.

Ajay looks more of a natural running back than RJ ever did, IMO
I actually think their running styles are similar but Ajay is 3 inches taller and 30 pounds heavier. Rahmir always looked like he hesitated a bit when he got the ball though.

I think Allen is more talented. Probably a bit faster with more pop, may be a better instictive runner, may be more elusive. He's a true freshman and showed it already a little.

Ervin never really showed that pop last season before he got hurt for comparison. Not rooting against Gabe, but I just didn't see a real difference maker talent. But he was young - true frosh also. You'd have to think he showed something fairly obvious in practice to get the starting nod.

I just think Allen is more talented than Gabe or Rhamir most likely. Small sample sizes so far, but that is my gut instinct/take on it.

IMHO opinion Ajay has better vision. Rahmir is straight line fast but that speed never seemed to translate to football speed. I don't think he has good field vision. Ajay seems like a more natural runner. Better feel for the game. Grant is one of the most complete backs we have had in a few years. Impressed with him. He runs hard and tough to bring down

I have a feeling that Rahmir will be transferring at his earliest opportunity. He has been passed over, benched, switched his position to part time WR in which he doesn't get any real reps and to top it all off he lost his kickoff return duties that he had at least helped with since he was younger.

I highly doubt that he wants to be the punt coverage gunner for the next two years.

I'm not sure what happened with him besides being a bit small for a Big 10 RB.

He was recruited over.

It was a dog behind bars. Think he was insinuating he was in the dog house.
Wonder if the rumors are true that he got in trouble at the Casino in Ireland? Could explain his lack of playing time. Or he has been recruited over
