Welcome to The Platinum Board. We are a Nebraska Husker news source and fan community.
Sign Up Now!This is fantastic. Hate crayton. Why on earth did he think that made any sense to begin with haha
Seems better to get out ahead of it than wait for it to leakWas it really necessary to tweet this out to the world?
Was it really necessary to tweet this out to the world?
Public apology just means he let it slip that he's obviously racist.
Yeah but he's definitely racist and probably shouldn't be allowed to coach young men in their formative years. One might say he should even be lynched.slap on wrist. Top 15 team. All goes unnoticed after a month
I mean I can see how a pep talk to a majority Black team that was basically we need to get on the plantation and stay on the plantation wasn't particularly well received.Weird analogy. Weird times where he has to apologize publicly for that. Would that have been a racist comment if there were only white people on the team? Or if a black coach had said it? I doubt a black coach would say that, but then again I think it’s weird that he used plantation in that situation anyways. All around silliness.
I wonder if a person can say something like “I slaved over this meal all afternoon”
Probably. Why would you willing do that? Something was brewing internally that made McCrayton do it.Was it really necessary to tweet this out to the world?
Oooooh, you're going to hell for that one.. One might say he should even be lynched.
Ya I hear you.I mean I can see how a pep talk to a majority Black team that was basically we need to get on the plantation and stay on the plantation wasn't particularly well received.
But as far as things about the story that I find offensive:
1. He coaches Pickle Smoochers
2. His teams have beaten Nebraska a lot
3. As the board's leading expert on weird analogies, the analogy is way too fucking weird
4. The analogy itself
