There's only been 4 or 5 practices. Are they even full pads yet?

Im doubting they’re fully padded yet. To my understanding you’ll only have 8 fully padded practices before your first game due to the new rule changes.

I think what appears to be missing is the person reporting was commenting on Betts’ improvements while also complimenting the depth at WR this year.
