I reserve my true thoughts on the rest of the season. Mostly because there aren't many on here that would want to hear them. Let’s just say I will be pleased if we make a bowl game. I voted 8-4 but that was when I thought the defense would be similar to last season.
Haven’t allowed a rushing TD in 10 of the last 12 games. We’re elite…..

how many times since joining the Big 10 have we played in an early game at Purdue where the field made everyone look slow and the energy in the stadium was comparable to a middle school JV game?

those are all things you can count on whenever you see "@ Purdue" on the schedule

just get the W and move on

I was busy in the morning and wasn’t able to start watching until early in the 2nd quarter. That 2nd quarter was one of the ugliest 15 minutes of football I’ve ever seen between the impotent offense, terrible STs, and bajillion penalties. Certainly seemed like we settled in more once we recommitted to the run game.

I need someone to stitch together the first half of the CU game and the second half of the Purdue game into one complete video. That would be a fun game to watch.

I think the defense is similar to last season. A bit overrated last year and some have been a bit too critical of the Illinois loss, but it's largely the same as it was last season.

Other teams try fg’s standard from 50 now. Cray we cringe over a 35 yarder.

It's on Foley and Rhule at point. Foley is obvious, but Rhule needs to give Satt license to call the game as if we aren't kicking outside of dead on PAT range. They're converting 44% on 3rd downs and that's a better probability than any kick at basically any range at this point

I made this point off the board a while ago before the season started; field goals inside 40 need to be made at around 90% or better, end of discussion.
