Just to clarify, because I don't suspect; you want some 1950's to 1990's statue in the pocket QB who gets blown up like Hiroshima, by some moderately able edge rusher???

I know I don't want the next version of Tanner Lee, nor Sam Keller, nor Zac Lee. Truthfully you can be accurate as a QB and still suck, if you can't help your OL and your WRs by being able to roll out onto the edges, and force DBs to choose between bad and really bad options.

It isn't 1969, and there aren't going to be any more Joe Namath's winning Super Bowls. QBs have to have some capacity to run, even if it is only to the sidelines and 3 yds.

Just go look at who is now drafted in the NFL, and you'll see how much this has changed.

My friends, who were classic statue QB fans, told me that this would never happen in the NFL, and I told them they were smoking crack. I was right, as I usually am.
