Wild that people are so pissed off and bitter when we cap the >.500 season with a bowl win. I can't imagine having a peen small enough to be salty right now. GBR!
I haven't seen much happiness from the Georgia fanbase after any wins this year for the most part, and Dawgs play Wednesday on their way to try to win it all. I loved seeing the Huskers win today. Big leap between DR year 1 and 2, or reason to be upset next year. Also, love my Dawgs and loved this season. Still loving it, and if they lose it's not gonna change that. I can't tell folks on the other board to feel the same though. Just not possible, and when I try to get folks to look at the season or a win in a positive light it turns out that it sucks some of the sunshine out of it for me as well. Husker Garrett pointed out how silly all the whining at losing Dane Key was over there, and it didn't go over well hahaha. I get that we need help at X WR position, but there is a cool story being written about the Georgia team this year.

All this to say enjoy it Choca. Board is going to do what it does, but good end to an up and down Nebraska season. Time to win the off season, and hope for the same next year during the season. Some stand outs of this season I loved or liked for Nebraska;

In order of what came to mind, not in order of significance.

1. Fuck Colorado and big Husker win
2. DR was up and down (to be expected as a Freshman) but I would love for Dawgs to have him at QB in his 2nd year.
3. Rhule changed OC in season. Doing what needs to be done and I'm sure he isn't finished
4. Taking tOSU to the wire. Sucks it wasn't a W, but that was a fun one.
5. That UTEP game was a fun start to season.
6. Beating Illinois who finished ranked in top 20 A.P.
7. Beatdown of Wisconsin getting that bowl bid for 1st time under Rhule and awhile before that.
8. Capping the Season with a Bowl win over BC
9. Portal and Recruiting class has some solid incoming guys.

I'm sure more will come to mind. Been traveling last 2 days and a little frazzled

Nothing like our first bowl game win since 2015 (and first bowl game, period, since 2016), to bring out the best in people on the board!

Sure, we shoulda been up 35 to zip. Yes, we had another catastrophic special teams day. Yes, we "almost" managed to pull a loss out of a sure win. But we didn't lose. Had our first winning season in... a long damn time. We had a bunch of younger players getting starters snaps who showed out well, especially on defense.

We still have a monkey to shake off our back, but this was a good start. Much better to enjoy it and our first bowl win in almost a decade than wallow in total shit-posting like a few have done nonstop here ITT.
Well said dude

I don’t know if you guys knew this, but Boston College had a couple opt outs.

Nebraska played with all of their 2024 players & coaches, 2025 transfers, their new coaches and 2025-2030 recruiting targets.

Shit wasn’t fair to BC

Good post. Yore a good addition to the board.

All I know is Rhule is on his 3 year plan that worked at both his last college stops....6+ wins next season you flaming raging homosexuals.
Fify

Landscape has changed. 8 wins pry ceiling, 4 the floor. Anything less than 7 would be disappointing. Schedule not nice next year and DL will be a yuuge liability.
