I don't understand what could be happening with ABM that would be considered an NCAA violation. I know @MtnHusker seems to talk to every bigwig in every industry so I'm sure he's spoken to some boosters, but what is even against the rules anymore? Drug money? Prostitution? Is ABM whoring out the new punter?

The only real sort of rules NCAA has laid out for this shit show is that schools can’t coordinate or influence the money received by players. Everything else seems fair game.

If there’s one rule I hope we are breaking its coordinating with NIL people/companies to ensure money gets put into the right places.

NIL reps going to speak with Mathis on Nebraska’s behalf is a good example.

Ahh gotcha, I kinda forgot about that. I'm sure that is going on to some extent through back channels at NU and literally every single other school in the country.

I doubt any other programs have the head coaches lifelong BFF running their NIL Program. 1 literally runs the players football life and the other runs their financial well being. I'm sure anyone who has been in the business world knows how "Business Gets Done" after a few beers during a round of golf or a night out of Steaks & Scotch. If my BFF was running something that could make me big money you better believe I would be getting plenty of info, and help from him. No tracing words between friends without a wire tap. I just hope they are able to stay on the proper side of the line. Some of what is going on can probably be documented because it involves University Resources. If ABM had their shit together it really would help us with Transfers but still a bit shady what they are supposedly doing.
