From what I understand, Rivals filed a request for injunctive relief at like 11:30pm on 5/31.

I said this from the beginning. Sean should have just sold them the name and started fresh. NO ONE would have given 2 shits about it if it launched with a new name. No one.

Callahan not being able to post or write throughout the biggest recruiting summer events in UNL history is a huge price to pay. And Sean not being able to be there for the launch is a huge price to pay.

None of this is worth the effort to keep the HOL branding. No one (other than Sean) gives a fuck about the HOL branding. It's useless.

Could rivals get that date moved out further? I’d think yahoo legal team is > than an individuals. So if they want to make an example out of Dean & make him bleed out legal fees & time they could do it

I just enjoy seeing the guy with egg on his face. I don’t want the guy ruined. But this is a good lesson learned when your poking a bear with a huge bankroll & you only have 2 quarters for a can of soda in your pocket. Best to tread lightly & cover your tracks

The funny shit out of all of this is there are some posters on On3 today asking "can Sean change the HOL name when he starts on 9/1?"..... Like, this is the thing Sean wagered his entire future on and some innocent posters are going "Can he dump the HOL name? It sucks". Hashtag *Chef's kiss*
