So I searched property records around the houses where it went down, and cross-referenced a few of those owner names against Douglas County inmate records. This guy was a match on name, booking time, and charges:

Not sure which one of the 2 guys he was. Haven't found a second record yet.

Here in Bennington ... err, Mayberry, Sheriff Andy only hands out a bullet to Barney on Thursdays. In comedy and in life, timing is everything for this lucky transgressor.
