3rd team LG last year at OU. At tackle I could see us taking someone from a backup role elsewhere, but not thinking at guard, with 1 year left, that he's likely to be upgrading our roster.

Yeah, thinking at best he would provide depth. I bet he goes to a smaller school or a school with a legit need on the interior where he can get immediate pt.

I agree we need another portal OL but, IMO, this isn't the guy to pursue.

I'd much rather find a guy who has started/played a lot of snaps at a lower level (G5/FCS) than someone who was highly touted out of HS but didn't amount to much in college.
