@kenyanfeline I know you brought the news of the waterboy coming back for another season for us. Was just wondering if there are certain times to be looking at the board for saucy nugs during the Spring like Fridays during the Fall or if we think it'll be more at just random times? Just wanting to be prepared!

I was planning on a longer write up once a week, probably on Fridays. I may sprinkle in a few short ones during the week if anything stands out.

I exchanged a couple texts with Waterboy this evening and here are some quotes to hold you over:

“The receivers look completely different. Manning is enthusiastic and looks fast. Betts looks stronger. Tour has a lot of respect already. They will be the most improved group by far.”

“Smothers threw well from what I saw but it’s Martinez show. He looked good and they through more deep balls today than they would in a week all fall.”

“Erwin is gonna be a beast. Can’t tell he’s a freshman. I thought he looked as good or better than the returners.”

“It’s been a while so hard to compare, but I thought everyone looked fast. Fresh legs maybe?”

There were a couple more about Nadab Joseph, Haarberg, Buford, the new ginger linebacker, and the offensive line but I’ll make you wait a couple days for those.

Dinner at moms on Thursday so I should get some more then.

Overall: Very positive and Kool-Aidy if you’re into that sort of thing.
